My hubby and I have watched “Life Of A King” and “Freedom”, both Cuba Gooding Junior movies and both well made.
I love movies based on Real Life, but once in a while movies like “Gone in 60 seconds” are a must 😉
What are some of your favorite movies?

I tend to enjoy old comedies from my teens and 20s… Breakfast Club, Pretty Woman, Ferris Beuller’s Day Off… and then I also love historical movies like Dr. Zhivago. Eat Pray Love is a modern favorite. I am also a Marvel geek… Captain America, Thor, and my most favorite Iron Man. And then I love the movies based on books like Pride and Prejudice (the newer one is fantastic), Jane Eyre (prefer the mini-series PBS version), Great Expectations. I also watch a lot of documentaries, mostly on WW2 and the Holocaust. My taste in movies is as eclectic as my taste in books and music.

Haven’t seen Dr. Zhivago, but every movie you’ve listed has been awesome!! I’m a Marvel Geek too who loves to learn about WW2 and Jayne Eyre with Pride and Prejudice are total faves!!! I love the classics too – Daddy Long Legs, Penny Serenade, It’s A Wonderful Life, No Business Like Show Business, and soooo many more!!!

If you have a long evening with nothing else planned… you really must see Dr Zhivago… it is a classic and such a beautiful love story, but it is a pretty long movie… I love those old classics you listed… I am a huge fan of Alfred Hitchcock movies too.

I can’t wait to see Dr.Z!!! I was raised on Hitchcock :). One I remember vividly is where they couldn’t find the murder weapon as the older lady put it in the freezer. Twilight Zone!!!

Hitchcock had such an amazing imagination… I think I will check out Netflix this week and see if there are any of his movies on there 😀 Cheers! Enjoy Dr. Z 🙂
