With exercise and healthy choices along with drinking water and avoiding eating at night, I have moved one more marble over. Hallelujah!
It was soooooooo painful last night as I wanted to eat after 8 and I wanted fast food now!!! My favorite tea didn’t comfort me after a bit. We were working on a late night project at church til 1….. Walmart’s alway open as are a few fast food places…. But what did I want more; to be temporarily satisfied, breaking down all thework God has brought me through or to I want to be still and know that God is with me and will bring me a victory?
Soooo, I waited and this morning I’m having ground chicken, eggs, and catch up. I want to carbs so bad but I don’t want the pounds 😉

Carbs give you energy, don’t be afraid to eat it! To lose weight in the long run you can try to eat normally like you would when you have reached your goal or else it won’t be sustainable. Eat until you feel satisfied you don’t need to starve, I promise you its ok :). You have so much motivation and strength, don’t be afraid. Oh don’t worry about me starving. I pig out on fruits and veggies … It’s almost embarrassing ☺️ I just need to tame my grazing monster that got me where I am.
