Last night I was reminded that we only have one chance, a moment to inspire or encourage someone for we don’t know how much time we have with them. So, I brought 2 rotisserie chickens, a bag of Halo Manderine oranges and a box of grapes to our boys class. That was a warm welcome to the group and we had great conversations and games
My question: how would you inspire, encourage someone? What would you say?
For such a time as this, you are worth far more than you could ever know 💕

I think the best way to inspire and encourage others is to really listen to them and once they are finished, instead of giving them so half-hearted advice or “this is what I would do” scenario, ask them questions.. ask them what they want to achieve, who they want to be, and how do they want to achieve their goals or desires. Once they know who they are and what they want in life, then and only then can you guide someone. Listening is the key!
